We are just a few days away from brewing up some REI magic at the Real Estate & Coffee Social Thursday September 14th at 5:00 pm.

We are so excited to meet everyone in person! We created this meet up to facilitate a welcoming space for investors to learn, grow and meet outstanding people.

Now Meet Our Hosts!

Meet Soli, the out of state investor who journeyed from a 9-5 to owning 40 doors in 3 years! Soli is a 25-year-old out-of-state real estate investor located in the Bay Area, CA with a portfolio of properties in Ohio and Georgia. She started her social media handle @lattes.and.leases back in 2020 where she began posting her investing journey from the very beginning! She uses a variety of strategies including short term, mid-term, and of course, long term rentals, all by harnessing the power of private money!

When not chatting about real estate, you can find her traveling, exploring coffee shops, or making reels for Instagram!

Meet Bree Hartman, a self-storage owner & investor, with a knack of finding off market storage facilities and managing them efficiently with call centers and systems. She was a fitness gym owner turned full time Real Estate Investor and owner of Storage House Group LLC. She is also a first-time mom to a 14-month baby girl that has changed her life and how she looks at work, family and time freedom. Bree bought her first storage facility out of state with an SBA loan and currently owns and operates two storage facilities, totaling 440 units and over 82,000 sqft in Louisiana. Her 5-year goal is to own 10 facilities by 2027, which is over +200,000 sqft of storage.

This dynamic duo will ensure you walk away, educated, networked and supercharged!
